By placing an order with GuwahatiBazaar.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Services

   • We sell authentic farm-fresh products from Assam and the North East, starting with Assam Lemons.

   • All products are sourced directly from farmers and delivered through our logistics partners.

2. Orders & Payments

   • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received via our secure payment gateway (CCAvenue).

   • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is placed successfully.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   • We currently deliver across selected pin codes in India.

   • Multiple stages of transport are required to maintain freshness. Delivery timelines will be shared at checkout.

4. Pricing

   • Prices shown include product cost and applicable shipping charges.

   • Shipping cost is higher due to multiple handling points from Assam to your location.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

   • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at info.guwahatibazaar@gmail.com.

   • Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refunds

   • If your cancellation request is approved within the timeline, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

   • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

   • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

   • After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund within 7 working days.

4. Perishable Nature of Goods

   • Since lemons and similar items are perishable, refunds cannot be issued for minor variation in size, shape, or aroma.

   • Refunds will only be provided in case of major damage or non-delivery.
